Hornsby Properties can provide a Complete Management Service which is aimed at busy Landlords who require a ‘Stress-Free’ and complete management solution for their rental property from start to finish.

Full management and Overseas Service: 10% + VAT (12%) of monthly rent

Let Only Service: 50% +VAT of first month’s rent or £365 + VAT (£438)

Finder’s Fee: £250 + VAT (£300)

Tenant Referencing/Contracts: £250 + VAT (£300)
